It all started with a simple smile in an office at South Shore Tech—and from that moment, everything began to fall into place.
By January, we were quietly getting to know each other, keeping our growing connection just between us while working side by side—boss and bus driver. But by April 2025, there was no hiding it anymore… we were officially a couple, and what followed has been nothing short of magical.
On Christmas Eve, he knew it was the right time. We went for a drive to Plainville Center, stopping under the park gazebo beside a glowing Christmas tree. As we walked around it, with her back turned to him, he dropped to one knee and asked, “Will you marry me?” In complete shock, she burst into tears, turned, wrapped her arms around him, and said “Yes.”
Together, we became the “MacLennan Bunch”—a blended family of six incredible kids: three amazing daughters and three amazing sons. Over the past year, we’ve shared unforgettable adventures—Atlantic City, Disney with the kids, New York City, a New Year’s road trip to Florida, Philly for a wedding, a cruise through the Caribbean islands, Myrtle beach—and we’re just getting started.
